What You’ll Find in the Registry
🏢 Organization Details
Provider name, address, state, accreditation date, and current status (Active, Probation, Suspended, or Revoked).
📚 Approved Courses
List of all accredited courses with certification level, contact hours, NCCP category alignment, and approval dates.
✅ Compliance Status
Current compliance with all 12 CEAS Standards, including any active corrective action plans.
⚖️ Enforcement History
Full history of any enforcement actions at Level 3 or above, including probation, suspension, and revocation records.
API Access
The CEAS registry is also available programmatically via our REST API. State agencies, employers, and EMS systems can query provider status, course approvals, and completion records in real time.
