For existing providers, the fastest way to get support is through the Provider Portal where your inquiry is automatically linked to your account and routed to the appropriate team.

Important Notice: CEAS (Council for EMS Accreditation & Standards) accredits Continuing Education (CE) programs only. CEAS is not an initial certification program accreditor, does not function as a certifying agency, and does not issue individual student certificates or credentials. For questions about initial EMS certification programs, please contact your state EMS office or CoAEMSP.
